Well, I think I got my sleep patterns straightened out. Got up this morning and it was 55 degrees. I had to put my sweats on to tend to the cockers. After breakfast, I headed to Etown to get stuff. Went to the bank for some money, then to the post office to mail off a church history, then to Wally world. I got 10 more tomato cages, so now I have twenty, which I installed when I got home.

I also picked up a big box of candy and a card for Gmar for mothers day. It's not good for her, but at her age, she should have what she wants. Got some canning lids and gulfwax in preparation since we already made strawberry jam when my daughter was here. Talked a bit to the checkout lady about mothers (gotta love the country) then I went to the ABC store for a bottle of bourbon and to the gas store for some gas. Then home. They have 41 blocked off for some reason so I had to go 10 miles out of the way coming and going. Oh well, whatta ya gonna do?
At home, I cleaned my Mantis air filter as I had never done it and the engine was running rough. It was DISGUSTING. I am surprised that the engine didn't quit all together. I cleaned it up with soapy water, used a toothbrush to clean the housing then finished tilling the weeds out of the corn.

Then I took a small break and ordered some replacement air filters and some lithium grease and a fuel filter for the hardworking tiller. I also ordered an attachment for my irrigation system that will allow me to inline inject organic liquid fertilizer, and I ordered the fertilizer. Very Cool. I hope it will make my maters happy. About two days ago I found that I had enough reward points on my visa to get an Amazon gift card for 100 bucks, so I gave it to my own self. Now I am busy using it.
Then back to the garden. I finished papering and haying two more rows.

Finished just in time to get Buddy to the vet for some bloodwork in preparation for his neuro tests on Monday. While I was there waiting, I saw them carry out a female dog who had died in labor. Very sad.
Back at home in time for walkies.
