A short blog today with no pics.
This morning I had a dental appt. All was well and I found out my dentist is preggers with her first. She is like the first typical mom. She is going all organic in diet and is worried about environmental issues and cloth vs disposables. Ah, the amusement of first motherhood.
After that I helped our organic farmer crew pick strawberries. I was doing it using last weeks technology, that is picking and putting them in a bucket. I am now informed, in order to handle the berries less often, the rest of the crew picked and put directly into the clamshells. Well, jeeze, I didn't get the memo.
When I got home, one of my aunties had swung by to deliver blessed bread and for a visit. It started to rain but we had wine on the porch and I showed her my baybays.
Apparently, we also have baybays in the bag. I haven't seen them since mom or dad is always on the nest but hope to get pictures soon. It's going to be a busy mom's day around here.
Jim and Mom picked all the peas and we got quite a mess of english peas, snow peas and sugar snaps. English peas tonite and the rest tomorrow.
So the rest of the evening I guess we'll watch the rain.
