After that, the day was devoted to the garden. I got 4 rows tilled, one row hayed and three rows weeded by hand. I also applied some diatomatious earth to kill the little beasties that eat my stuff.

Then I planted more seed to fill out the bare spots. I seeded some more amaranth in the cold frame as the stuff in the garden looks poorly. I irrigated from 8 to 2.
Lastly, with Jim's help, I cut the fence sections for my back forty garden.

And there's more tomorrow. Does anyone want to buy a slightly used garden?
When I finished, it was chicken shut up time, dinner time and time for Glee. But I didn't get the beginning of Glee cause my daughter called and my auntie called. Glee was half over by the time I was done, so I'll catch it on hulu tomorrow.
